We don’t replace your property managers, maintenance staff or preferred contractors. Instead, we give them clear designs, standards and documentation to work from – plus QA feedback loops so quality improves over time.
We can also help you evaluate contractor proposals, build scopes of work and set expectations around documentation and communication.
Remote and on-site support
Most strategy and documentation work can be delivered remotely. For higher-value projects, pilots or problem sites, we can carry out on-site visits in the Tampa Bay / Sarasota region and by arrangement in other locations.
